§code is neither like instruction code nor Unicode; it is an infinitely extensible serial ID. §ID is issued starting with the birth of the first § in the world, and new § is constantly being born every time every where. Upon the death of a §, its ID will be permanently invalidated, and no § will ever use that serial ID again.
